By default, mycase.in.gov will search all cases in the database, including cases in the appellate courts. You may limit a search to "Commercial" and click the "Search" button without entering any search terms (e.g., case number, party name) to return a list of all cases filed in Indiana's Commercial Courts.

First, start by searching mycase.in.gov. Some types of court documents and filings are available there at no cost. If the document you're looking for isn't available online, you'll need to contact the clerk's office in the county where the case is being heard.
